Hi, I am Chiara! I am passionate about understanding the intricate relations between mind and body and how this impacts our wellbeing.
By addressing both Eastern and Western schools of thought, I seek to find ways that can help improve our quality of life, achieve a better relationship with our body, and foster a sense of overall balance and harmony.


For over a decade, I have been helping others achieve their wellbeing goals, supporting individuals through injury, surgery & cancer rehabilitation, pregnancy and the postnatal period, always caring to create an experience that is unique to you as an individual.

Pilates & Shiatsu
As a Pilates Teacher & Shiatsu therapist I am dedicated to helping you become more aware and happier in your body through these wonderfully complementary approaches
Pilates a trusted exercise programme that:

is based on anatomical knowledge;

looks at the body mechanically;

understands how its physical parts (spine, joints, muscles etc) relate to each other;

helps you build correct posture, strength and flexibility, enhancing body awareness;

encourages control of your mind over body.
Shiatsu a hands-on massage therapy that:

is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine;

sees the body holistically;
-
understands how one's physical and emotional aspects relate to each other;

helps you release physical & emotional tension, rebalancing all internal organs;

encourages greater relaxation & trust.

As a mindfulness practitioner myself, I have long found refuge and inspiration in the teachings of zen masterThich Nhat Hanh. After visiting his Buddhist Monastery in France in 2015, I had the honour to be invited back to offer Pilates classes to its monks and lay practitioners. An experience I cherish to this day, which further inspired my personal practice and shaped my teaching, as I integrate mindfulness elements in all my offerings.
