/ also available online
Pilates has been in my life for nearly 20 years, and I could only wish to have discovered it sooner!
With over 10 years of experience in teaching Pilates, my classes are informed by continuous research, characterised by a sense of flow, and infused with breathing and mindfulness practice... so you get to "work in" and not just out.
I share this method with passion and compassion, always caring to create an experience that is unique to you as an individual.
I look forward to meeting you soon!

Chiara's Pilates sessions have been so helpful. Her attention to detail, knowledge and care are fantastic and I always feel very safe in her hands, knowing I'm doing the best I could for my back and my health.

FAQ
When can I start?
You can begin your Pilates practice at any time and age! My current students are between 18 and 80 years old.
Do I need to be fit?
No, there are no prerequisites to start Pilates. All levels of experienced are welcome.
What should I expect?
Pilates is a non competitive and inclusive environment. You should expect to be treated with kindness and care, and encouraged to work at your own pace.
Is it safe?
Yes, Pilates is a low impact exercise which is safe to perform in nearly all cases. Often recommended by physiotherapist and other medical specialists. You might still like to check with your doctor before starting.
Can I exercise if I am injured?
It depends on the injury. Please check with your doctor first or get in touch with me to share more about your situation.
Can Pilates help my back pain?
Most likely yes, as long as you seek the right support. I am a BackCare professional and Back4Good qualified Pilates teacher. Happy to help in any way I can.
What should I bring?
If you choose to do your 1:1 class in-person, there's no need to bring anything along. I will provide everything for your session.
If you choose to do your 1:1 class online instead, you will need a mat, a few cushions and any small pilates equipments you might have at home. Make sure you have a good internet connection.
What should I wear?
Wear loose clothing that's easy to move in, but close enough to your body so I can see your movements well. Your comfort is important.
