Chiara’s classes are a wholesome treat for body, mind, spirit and soul.
You will be nicely challenged to build strength and be helped to increase your mobility and flexibility to maintain joint health and increase your range of motion.
I love her mindful approach and the steady pace of her classes helps to build and strengthen your body-mind connection. She works with calm and peace and with great respect for the individual.
