These Online classes began as a response to 2020 lockdown and have since blossomed into a vibrant community connecting people from all corners of the globe. And they still provide a wonderful system today, allowing you to take your practice with you, no matter where you go.
I care to curate the experience in such a way for you to feel like we are in the same room, taking care of your ailments and requests, and always providing individual feedback.

Places are limited to a small group of participants to ensure individual attention.

MEDITATION & YOGA OF MERIDIANS
Harmonise your body and rebalance your internal organs!
Join this monthly session, where we blend meditation and gentle stretches. Each session begins with a calming meditation, setting the stage for a series of targeted poses designed to promote balance and well-being. Originally developed to complement Shiatsu treatments, this class offers a holistic approach to wellness, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and mind, improving health and vitality!
FAQ
When can I start?
You can join us anytime! However, if you have never done Pilates before, an introductory 1-2-1 session is recommended.
How does it work?
I will use my webcam and microphone to teach teach the class. I will be demonstrating the exercises and watch you to ensure your technique is correct.
What should I expect?
Pilates is a non competitive and inclusive environment. You should expect to be treated with kindness and care, and encouraged to work at your own pace.
How do I prepare for class?
Find a quiet space, empty enough for you to be able to lie down on your mat. Place your device somewhere you can see it & from where I can see you (ex. a coffee table). Have your mat ready, a towel and a couple pillows.
Which technical equipment is required?
You'll need a device with a webcam and good internet (such as a laptop, tablet, or phone). You'll also need to install Zoom, which is free to use.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Yes please, so I can see you and provide feedback. At the start of the class I will close everyone's mics and ask to pin my screen only so you can experience the best video/audio quality. If you have any concerns about your privacy please let me know.
What should I wear?
Wear loose clothing that's easy to move in, but close enough to your body so I can see your movements well. Your comfort is important.
What if I cannot make it?
Don't worry. You will receive the session's recording to practice in your own time.
